It's EASY to be an activist to save American Lives (it takes just 3 minutes):
1) type in www.Congress.org.
2) type in your zipcode to find your state and national legislators' emails.
3) send them all a quick email: "CLOSE THE GUNSHOW LOOPHOLE!: Background checks for guns!"
If you have a few extra seconds, you can add:
"No guns for felons and dangerous individuals! I'm outraged that private sellers at gunshows don't have to do background checks on gun purchasers (even for assault weapons) -- ALL sellers at gunshows should be required to do background checks just like gun stores! Please secure a safer future for our children, our police, and all Americans."
4) One more minute? Message all your friends and tell them to do the same.
EASY as 1-2-3-4! To achieve success on this, we've got to ALL message our legislators. |
